By accessing bloquerestoration.com or engaging Bloque Restoration for restoration services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Restoration services performed by Bloque Restoration are governed by an individual service agreement signed at the start of each project. The service agreement defines scope, timeline, pricing, warranties, and any insurance coordination terms.
On-site damage assessments are free. Pricing for restoration work is established in the project plan reviewed and approved before work begins. If scope changes during the project, Bloque communicates the change and obtains approval before proceeding.
Bloque coordinates with your insurance provider when authorized. Coverage decisions are determined by the insurance carrier and are not guaranteed by Bloque. Out-of-pocket costs (including deductibles and any work outside your policy) remain the responsibility of the property owner.
The Bloque name, logo, trademarks, website content, and brand materials are the property of Bloque Restoration. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Bloque materials without written permission.
Bloque provides bloquerestoration.com on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for restoration work is governed by the signed service agreement for the project.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
