We inspect the whole home, not just the spot you called about. Mold rarely stays where it starts. We check the areas you can see and the ones you can’t, room by room.
Most mold grows behind something. We use moisture meters and thermal imaging to find wet material inside walls, under flooring, and above ceilings, without opening anything up first.
Mold is a symptom. Water is the cause. In Arizona, that water is almost always a leak, not humidity. We trace it back to where it’s getting in, because that’s the part that has to stop or the mold comes back.
When the situation calls for it, we take air and surface samples. They go to an independent, third-party lab. You get the lab’s results, not our interpretation of them.
Every inspection ends with a written report. What we found, where, the moisture readings, and the lab results if we sampled. It’s yours to keep and to take for a second opinion if you want one.
We walk you through the report in plain language. If there’s mold, we explain what’s feeding it and your options. If there isn’t, we say so. Either way, you leave knowing exactly where you stand.
Real inspections. Real answers. Real findings from Bloque across the Phoenix Valley.

Before
A homeowner smelled something musty near the master bathroom that wouldn’t go away, even after cleaning. Thermal imaging found moisture in the wall behind the vanity, traced to a slow supply-line leak under the sink. Air samples confirmed elevated spores.
After
Full containment, removal of the affected area, source repair, and rebuild. Post-remediation testing confirmed safe air quality throughout the home.

Before
A family had a roof leak repaired months earlier. They wanted to be sure nothing was growing behind the wall because of a bad smell. Moisture mapping showed the drywall had been dried on the surface but never fully. Mold was present in the cavity of the wall.
After
We caught it before it spread. The family got a written report of the source and scope. They acted on it, fixing it early instead of finding it months later.

Before
A buyer under contract saw a small stain on the garage wall. They wanted the home tested before closing. The stain was old and dry, from a past event with no active moisture. Air samples came back within normal range.
After
The report gave the buyer a clean, documented answer to take to closing. No remediation needed. Simple drywall repair. The deal moved forward with confidence.
Anyone can tell you that you have mold. The job is finding out why. We trace the moisture to its source, because an inspection that skips that just sends you back to the same problem in six months.
When we test, the samples go to a third-party lab, not an in-house one. You get the results they wrote. That’s what makes the number mean something.
Every inspection ends with a written report of what we found and where. It’s yours to keep. Take it for a second opinion, hand it to a buyer, or file it with a claim. The answer belongs to you.
We don’t find mold to sell you a service. If your home is clean, that’s the answer you get, and it’s the one we hope for. A clear “you’re fine” is a real result.
